After much reflection and consideration, the Women in Aviation Lakeland Chapter will be pausing operations for the foreseeable future. This decision was not made lightly, and it comes with deep appreciation for everyone who has supported our mission over the years.

To our members, volunteers, sponsors, and community partners—thank you. Your time, passion, and dedication have helped us inspire, support, and empower women in all aspects of aviation. Whether you attended an event, mentored a student, or simply shared our message, you’ve made a lasting impact.

Though this chapter is stepping back for now, the spirit of Women in Aviation lives on in each of you. We encourage you to continue lifting others, pursuing your aviation dreams, and staying connected with the broader Women in Aviation International network.
